1 msk smör

1 lök

1 burk krossade tomater

3 msk tomatpuré

1 burk crème fraiche

Räkor eller kyckling

½ citron

3 klyftor vitlök

Starka kryddor (ex pirri pirri, cayenne peppar, sambaloelek)

Smält smöret. Häll i curry och fräs ihop. Tillsätt sedan finhackad lök som får fräsa ihop med curryn och smöret. Tillsätt sedan krossade tomater och tomatpurén och låt koka ihop. Krydda sedan med kryddorna och vitlöken. När allt fått bra smak tillsätt crème freaich och räkorna eller kycklingen, behöver ej koka. Pressa sedan i en halv citron och rör om. Servera med pasta eller ris och vitlöksbröd.
